Educational qualification –

Applicants must have qualified degree of graduation from certified university/ board and with minimum typing speed 8 words per min. For Hindi typing candidates need to type at least 20 words per min. Candidates must have certificate course in computing (CCC) which conducted by DOEACC Society.

Age limit –

Applicants’ minimum age limit applying is 18 years

Applicants’ upper age limit for applying is 40 years

Syllabus and model papers –

  • Paper 1 – is for maximum of 100 marks for the duration of 2 hours. Questions based on General Knowledge
  • Paper 2 – is for maximum of 100 marks for the duration of 3 hours. Questions based on General Hindi
  • Paper 3- Hindi short hand 135 marks
  • Paper 4– is for maximum of 15 marks , Hindi typing
  • Paper 5– is for maximum of 50 marks for the duration of 1 hour. Questions based on General English  
  • Paper 6– is for maximum of 135 marks, English shorthand  
  • Paper 7– English typing for 15 marks
  • Paper 8– knowledge of computer for 100 marks 1 duration
