JEE (joint entrance exam) main is national level entrance exam for the admission into top level engineering and technical institutes of different government, private and institutes of IIITs, IITs and NITs. JEE examination will conduct in two different levels/tires they are JEE mains and advanced examination. This exams conduct by CBSE.

JEE mains: it is first stage of joint entrance exam is mains, this is getaway for the admission in Bachelors of –Tech in institutes of IIITs and NITs.

JEE advanced: the candidates who have cleared/qualified the JEE main are only eligible for the advance examination of JEE this is for the admission for Bachelors of –Tech in institutes into IITs.

JEE mains states:

As per the previous JEE details Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh (MP), Haryana, Odisha, Uttrakhand (UK), and Nagaland states had participated in JEE Exam. The students who want to seek the admission in these states are advised to fill the JEE Main 2016 applicationform through online. This state was earlier admission on the basis of different state level entrance test.

 Examination pattern:

The test is consist of different papers they are, paper 1 is for the Physics, Chemistry and Maths and paper 2 is for the aptitude skill and also part 3 for drawing test

The examination is for the total of 3 hours duration

Paper 1 consist of 1 or 90 questions, correct answer carry 4 marks and candidates should note that there is a negative marking of 1 marks for each wrong answer.

Eligibility:

  • Candidates who have 10+2 with 50% of marks form university /board
  • Candidates who have cleared the backlogs of 2013 in the year 2014 are not eligible for the exam
